Methodology

 

Stage One

1. Collate results and tables for 1877 to 1896, commencing in 1896 and working backwards.

2. Publish an extract of the results and tables data only when the results have been reconciled with the table.

3. Wins and losses must tally, goals for and against must tally, behinds are not reconciled.

4. Data errors where further follow-up is required are highlighted in yellow.

 

Stage Two

1. Collate tables and finals results only for 1897 to 1994, commencing in 1897 and working forwards.

2. Publish the tables and finals results when the wins, draws and losses are correct, and all finals matches final scores are known.

3. Points totals published from source, may be incorrect. Quarter scores may be incorrect.

4. Data errors where further follow-up is required are highlighted in yellow.

 

Stage One and Stage Two will occur simultaneously.

 

Stage Three

1. Collate results for 1897 to 1995, commencing in 1897 and working forwards.

2. Publish an extract of the results and tables data when the results have been reconciled with the table.

3. Wins and losses must tally, points for and against must tally.

4. Data errors where further follow-up is required are highlighted in yellow.
