The four zones of State League 4 were re-structured into two new divisions in 2026: State League 4 and State League 5, each containing two zones.

Similarly, the four zones of State League 5 were re-structured into two new divisions in 2026: State League 6 and State League 7, each containing two zones.

In each State League 4 division below, teams 2-6 remain in State League 4 in 2026, teams 7-10 join the new State League 5 in 2026.
