Table discrepancies in the divisions below were because zone competition regulations stated teams receiving a forfeit were credited with three goals for, while the team forfeiting had only one goal against.
Final series matches in Reserve and Conference Grade matches went straight to penalties with no extra time played if scores were level at full-time.
